Postcodes and map information

Postcodes come from NIPOST, and maps from OpenStreetMap and other sources, plus contributions from people using N-Way. We work to keep them accurate, but we can't promise every postcode, place, entrance or road is correct or up to date.

Your account

You can use N-Way without an account, or sign in with Apple or Google. Keep your phone secure. You can delete your account at any time in the app or by email (see delete your account).

What you contribute

Points and free access

Map points thank you for contributing. They have no cash value. Some free features depend on contributing back, such as a photo of a building's entrance when you arrive; the app explains when.

Fair use

Don't copy, scrape, resell or rebuild N-Way's maps, data or app, interfere with the service, or use it to harm, track or harass anyone.

Liability

N-Way is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses from relying on directions, map information or other people's contributions, or from the service being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Nigerian consumer protection law that can't be limited.

Privacy

How we handle your information is set out in our privacy policy.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and we'll tell you in the app about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
