How you pay

• Free calls every month, for each API. Not a credit that runs out on one API: each API has its own free allowance, counted per company by the calendar month in Lagos: every organisation with the same owner, and API keys and N-Ways apps together, share it.
• Pay for what you use past them, per 1,000 calls, at a price that falls as your volume grows. The tiers apply by themselves each month.
• In your own currency. Each country has its own price list, set in its own money: naira in Nigeria, cedis in Ghana, F CFA in Benin, Togo, Gabon, Côte d’Ivoire, Guinea-Bissau, Senegal, Cameroon and Burkina Faso, Liberian dollars in Liberia, Guinean francs in Guinea, leones in Sierra Leone, escudos in Cabo Verde. No dollars and no exchange rates: your organisation pays in its country’s currency.
• Prepaid credit or invoice. Small teams top up credit; larger ones get a monthly invoice.
• Maps in your Android and iOS apps are free. Map loads from our native SDKs aren’t charged.

Prices

Prices per 1,000 calls (per 1,000 sessions for autocomplete, per 1,000 elements for the route matrix), by your monthly volume past the free calls. Choose your country: each one pays in its own currency.

Map fonts, and requests we refuse (a blocked key, a rate limit), are never charged. What counts as one call for each API is on its page and in Quotas and limits.

Running your deliveries on N-Ways

Companies that run their deliveries in the console and the N-Ways Business app, rather than through the API, pay a flat monthly plan instead of paying per use.

• Paid a month ahead. Each month is due by the last day of the month before, from your prepaid credit. The plan renews every month from your credit until you stop it.
• Starting. You get 3 free days to get used to it, then the rest of that month is charged by the day. New sign-ups may get their first month free; the console shows it when you sign up.
• Everything in the apps is included. Maps, routes, searches and address lookups in the console and N-Ways Business, and your riders’ use while on your deliveries, are part of the plan.
• More deliveries. When a month’s deliveries are used up, move up a plan in the console’s Billing: it applies at once, and you pay the difference for the rest of the month. Moving down applies from the next month.
• Stopping. Stop the plan in the console’s Billing (Stop plan). It keeps working to the end of the month you’ve paid for, with no more bills, then new deliveries pause until you choose a plan again. The paid month isn’t refunded; credit you’ve added stays in your account. Until the end date, Keep my plan undoes it. Moving to API only works the same way: your keys work at once, and deliveries in the console carry on to the end of the paid month.
• Unpaid. Three days past a due date with the month unpaid, new deliveries pause until it’s paid. Deliveries under way, safety alerts and calls always carry on.
• With the API too. If you also use our APIs, your API calls (including deliveries you send through your keys) stay pay-per-use, while the plan covers what you run in the console and N-Ways Business.

Deliveries through the API

• Each delivery sent through your API keys is charged once, when it’s first given to a rider or a connected N-Ways driver accepts it. Giving it to someone else is never charged again. The first 100 each month are free, then ₦100 a delivery in Nigeria, GH₵1.00 in Ghana, 40 F CFA in Benin, Togo, Gabon, Côte d’Ivoire, Guinea-Bissau, Senegal, Cameroon and Burkina Faso, L$10 in Liberia, 500 FG in Guinea, Le1.30 in Sierra Leone, 7 Esc in Cabo Verde and D3 in The Gambia.
• Everything is prepaid. Past the free use with no credit left, new deliveries and calls pause until you add credit. Deliveries under way, safety alerts and calls always carry on.

Uptime commitments come with the Business and Enterprise plans; the free calls, Starter and Growth have none.
