Your home has an address now. Every compound in Gabon, in Libreville, in Port-Gentil and in the smallest village, has a code: the name of your quarter or village and a short number that takes a courier, a taxi or an ambulance straight to your gate.
Get it in three taps
- Open N-Ways at home. On your phone, at map.nways.ng or in the app.
- Tap Get my code. The app finds the compound you are in and shows its code, like Louis 12 01.
- Share it. One tap sends it on WhatsApp or by text, with a link that opens the map at your gate.
Not at home right now?
Find your compound on the map and tap it, or drop a pin on it. The code is the same.
Your street has a name?
Keep it. Where the commune gives your street or your door an address, that address stays the official one, and N-Ways shows it first, with your code beside it. Give whichever is easier: both lead to the same gate.
You use a post-office box?
Keep it for your mail. A BP says where the post office is, not where you live; your code leads to your gate.
Just built?
If your house is too new to be on the map, Get my code gives it one on the spot. It stays provisional until a neighbour confirms it.
Help make it right
Every code starts provisional. When you open yours, tell the app whether it is right, and where your gate really is if the pin is off. When the people who live there agree, the code is confirmed, and everyone who uses it goes to the right gate.
Your privacy
A code describes a place, never the people in it. N-Ways stores no names with it, and it is an address, not a land title.
